Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)
In principle, there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code, but we nevertheless grant the following cancellation conditions:
5.10. Cancellation of the booking on the part of the booking customer is possible in written form, addressed to us.
5.11. Up to 30 days before the date of arrival at the latest, you may cancel the booking without stating a reason and without incurring any contractual penalties or mutual claims whatsoever.
5.12. Outside the period specified in 5.11., the booking customer may cancel the booking, subject to the following cancellation fees:
- up to 15 days before the date of arrival 30% of the total amount
- up to 8 days before the date of arrival 60% of the total amount
- within 8 days before the date of arrival and in case of no-show of the booking customer 70% of the total amount.
5.13. In the event of cancellation of the booking in accordance with Art. 5.11., the Provider shall return the deposit to the Booking Customer, insofar as the latter is entitled to it in accordance with Art. 5.11.
5.14. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the Provider is authorized to claim the remaining 30% or 40% of the outstanding cancellation fees from the booking customer.
Curtailment: The unused days of the travel arrangement will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

- The sole South Tyrolean provider of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as a uniform coordination body by the South Tyrolean Association of Tourism Organizations (LTS) on 16.11.2022 in accordance with the above LR resolution. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the terms of use of the Guest Pass will be communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Stay with your dog:
Dogs are allowed only on request and for an extra charge of €28.
Please note that some room types cannot be booked with dogs.
Common areas:
Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms during meal times. If it is difficult to leave your dog alone in the room during meals, we can arrange a table in a separate dining area where your four-legged friend is welcome.
Spa and pool area:
Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool area, wellness area, or on the sunbathing lawn.
In the room:
Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. Please bring your dog’s own bed or blanket, and towels if needed. Guests are liable for any damage or excessive dirt.
If special cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee of €110 will be charged.
Outside:
In Italy, dogs must be kept on a leash. At Ritten there are many grazing animals, so please always keep a safe distance.
In public buildings (bars and restaurants) and on public transport, dogs must wear a leash and a muzzle. Dog tickets can be purchased at the Info Points in Collalbo (Klobenstein) and Soprabolzano (Oberbozen).
Hygiene:
Dog waste must always be collected, even in forests and meadows. It can be disposed of in the large black bin behind the hotel.
Liability:
As in the rest of Italy, in South Tyrol dog owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.
